BBQ Chicken & Mushroom Patties


500 kg minced chicken
½ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbs chopped parsley
¼ cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 egg
vegetable oil


Mix all ingredients except oil. Knead with one hand to make mixture fine in texture. Shape into flat patties.

Heat barbecue or grill to medium. Oil the grill bars. Place patties on grill. Cook for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve hot with cold green salad and potato salad or make into a burger.
