Succulent Pork Tenders

Ingredients

½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup brown vinegar
fresh ginger, minced
1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
2 tbs crushed garlic
2 tbs brown sugar
½ cup water
1.5 kg pork tenderloins
oil for grill

Method

Mix all ingredients except pork thoroughly. Add pork and marinate in fridge overnight.

Place pork on hot grill or barbecue for 6 minutes each side. Baste with marinade and turn frequently so as not to burn.

Allow to rest. Serve with rice and salad.
