Sweet Smoked Salmon
3 to 4 fresh salmon steaks with skin on
½ tsp fresh dill
½ tsp black pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
Wash and pat dry the Salmon fillets, place skin down on baking sheet.
Mix dill and pepper together and sprinkle over fillets.
Slice one of the lemons thinly, completely cover the fillets with the sliced onion, then the lemon.
Sprinkle each of the fillets with the juice of the other lemon.
Place the baking sheet on the bottom rack in the pre heated smoker and cook for 30 minutes or until the meat flakes. Use one small handful of chips.
